- Mould precise shapes adapted to the watercraft and human body
- Use EPE, a flexible, waterproof and oil-resistant material
- Integral moulding of seats and backs
- Insert mechanical anchors for a steady fix
- Wood furring inserted to fasten the aesthetic coating
Result: The final product provides the client with a sturdy, lightweight and very efficient concept in a wet environment. The new EPE seat does not absorb water, making it a lot more comfortable than other types of seats made out of foam.
